Requirements

Business must be registered with ACRA (Singapore) less than 6 months ago
At least one qualifying criterion: funded by recognized VC, holds IP, or has partnership with Singapore R&D institution
Business plan demonstrating innovation and scalability
Minimum paid-up capital of SGD 50,000 in the company
Applicant must hold at least 30% shareholding

Path to Permanent Residence

Can apply for PR after meeting business milestones (local employment, revenue). Citizenship available after PR.
