Requirements

Letter of support from a designated organization (VC, angel group, or incubator)
Minimum investment: $200,000 from VC fund or $75,000 from angel investor group
Language proficiency: CLB 5 in English or French
Proof of settlement funds
Each applicant must hold at least 10% voting rights in the business

Path to Permanent Residence

Direct PR pathway. Business does not need to succeed for PR to be maintained.
